We booked a private pool suite for our honeymoon. It was wonderful. the hotel offered us a complimentary floating breakfast. It was a nice touch. we received a ground floor room for privacy but it smelled moldy and lacked sunlight. the staff accommodated a room change quickly and then everything was amazing.

The reception staff provided an very nice room upgrade. We were grateful. staff explained everything very kindly upon arrival! staff were really nice. some housekeepers made towel arrangements with flowers and tropical flowers.

I found the pools so refreshing and surrounded by beautiful landscapes. breakfast was lovely and tasty. the room was exquisite. It was comfortable and spacious.
the gym did not have air conditioning, made workouts uncomfortable.
