excellent stay with mountain views
floating breakfast quick change
We booked a private pool suite for our honeymoon. It was wonderful. the hotel offered us a complimentary floating breakfast. It was a nice touch. we received a ground floor room for privacy but it smelled moldy and lacked sunlight. the staff accommodated a room change quickly and then everything was amazing.

the breakfast has many delicious options available to guests. fresh coconuts were available with a smile every morning. there are also four on-site restaurants, offering great food, including some with michelin stars.

The reception staff provided an very nice room upgrade. We were grateful. staff explained everything very kindly upon arrival! staff were pretty good. some housekeepers made towel arrangements with flowers and tropical flowers.

pool size scenic views convenient transport
The pool's size and views impressed me. My husband appreciated the 24/7 fitness center. The buggies provided very convenient transport to and from our room.

refreshing pools tasty breakfast spacious room
I found the pools so refreshing and surrounded by beautiful landscapes. breakfast was lovely and tasty. the room was exquisite. It was comfortable and spacious.
the gym did not have air conditioning, made workouts uncomfortable.

The breakfast buffet offered a wide range of options with both western and asian choices, with fresh fruit, pastries, and hot dishes prepared daily. I found it very complete.

the staff provided excellent service. they were always smiling and helpful. they responded quickly to requests and were attentive to details, such as providing extra towels and water without being asked.

i appreciated the excellent air conditioning. it was a welcome relief from the outside heat. the pools and pool bars were awesome. i also liked the restaurants onsite.
the room service menu felt a bit limited.
